    You can use the Student 1:1 Support Form to let us know what issues you are having with UCVTS Chromebooks or other 1:1 devices including:

    • Reporting Lost or Stolen Device
    • Physical Damage to Device
    • Sign In Issue

    Note: You need to be logged into your UCVTS Google account to access the form!

    After completing the form, all further coorespondence will be from devicerepair@ucvts.org to your email, be sure to check it regularly!
